We do not expect specific skills or experience, but we highly value motivation, openness to learning, and a genuine interest in working with people. Volunteers who are friendly, responsible, and eager to contribute to social inclusion and community development will be a great fit for our team. Any background in education, youth work, or social services is a plus but not required.

Each volunteer will be accommodated in a private bedroom within a shared apartment. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared common areas. The apartment is conveniently located near a metro station, providing easy access to all parts of Tbilisi.

The apartment is fully equipped with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, oven, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and necessary kitchenware. The number of flatmates may vary depending on ongoing cooperation with our partners in international volunteering projects during the given period.

Lunch will be provided to volunteers by the project on working days. In addition, the organization will provide a food allowance of 5 EUR per day as part of the project support.

Volunteers can commute to work using the metro, which is the fastest and most convenient mode of transportation in Tbilisi. A single metro ride costs 1 GEL (approximately 0.35 EUR). Buses and minibuses are also available from 07:00 until approximately 23:00. Both the volunteer accommodation and project locations are situated very close to metro stations, ensuring easy and efficient travel.

Transportation expenses will be reimbursed by the organization at the end of each month.

Georgian language classes will be provided to each volunteer from the beginning of their service. The
classes will be held twice a week for a duration of two months, supporting volunteers in adapting to the
local culture and daily life.

Volunteers are expected to work 30 hours per week, typically from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays.
Saturdays and Sundays are generally considered free days. However, if a volunteer agrees to support an event scheduled on a weekend, the hours worked will be counted, and the volunteer will be granted an additional day off in return. In addition, volunteers are entitled to two extra free days per month.
